The Suzanne Cutler Creative Writing Contest is an annual creative writing contest offered to teenagers who live in Basking Ridge, NJ.
This contest and all of the associated workshops are sponsored by the Friends of the Bernards Township Library, in addition to donations made by friends and family in memory of Suzanne “Suzy” Cutler, who loved literature and teaching.
Teens aged 12-18 by August 31, 2025, are invited to submit a poem, short story, or both. Please read the rules and submission guidelines below before submitting:
