Several databases offering abstracting and/or full-text of thousands of periodicals and journals and many newspapers. Articles can be viewed, printed, and/or emailed from the databases.

EbscoHost Periodical Database -- Full text for nearly 5,000 magazine and journal titles (current and back issues)covering virtually every subject, including business, science and health. Special database collections for children and students. Includes favorites like Consumer Reports and Harvard Business Review, as well as regional and international newspapers and in-depth records for selected businesses.

ProQuest Periodical Database-- Over 25,000 magazines and newspapers (most in full text, others with citations and abstracts) covering business, education, literature, political science, pychology, and much more. Current and backfile editions with many titles back to 1970s and some even earlier.
Newspapers include the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Christian Science Monitor, Washington Post, Boston Globe, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Los Angeles Times, and USA Today.

America's Obituaries and Death Notices -- Newspaper obituaries and death notices from over 700 newspapers around the United States, coverage mostly in 1990s and early 21st century to present. Each obituary or death notice is indexed by the name of the deceased person, to make searching easier and more precise. In addition, the text of each obituary or death notice is keyword searchable, making it possible to use place of residence, occupation, names of family members, or other personal information to identify appropriate records.
